Dorotea White, a dry cuvée, consists of carefully selected grape varieties - White Pinot, Graševina, Riesling, Moslavac, Yellow Muscat, and Sauvignon, adding complexity and harmony to its taste. Each variety brings its specific note, creating a perfect balance between freshness, fruitiness, and refinement. As its name suggests, Dorotea offers a balanced cross-section of what nature bestows on the slopes of our vineyards in Sveti Martin na Muri.

TEMPERATURE

10°-12° If you're unsure, it's always better to serve the wine a bit cooler than too warm, as the wine can quickly warm up in the glass.

NOTES

You can expect freshness, fruitiness, and a refreshing character, but also a certain full-bodiedness. Perfect balance between aromas of fresh fruits like peach and pear, mineral notes, as well as floral, citrus, and herbal hints.

FOOD

Some of our recommendations include: chicken breasts with aromatic herbs, seafood in white sauce, risotto with asparagus and lemon, sweet and spicy chicken curry, pasta with creamy sauce.
